Campaign Story

Hello, my name is Adrienne, and I am a 39-year-old teacher with a lifelong dream of becoming a mother. Despite the challenges thrown my way, I remain steadfast in my pursuit of starting a family. However, I now find myself at a crossroads where I desperately need your support.

My journey has been far from straightforward. I was diagnosed with PCOS, a condition that complicates natural conception, especially at my age. In 2022, I underwent surgery to remove a uterine polyp, a necessary step before I could even begin my fertility treatment.

Just as I was ready to embark on this path, life presented me with a series of heartbreaking and physically challenging obstacles. My beloved mother, whom I had been caring for as her guardian following her stroke, passed away in February 2023 after a prolonged hospice stay. Her loss was a devastating blow. Barely a month later, I was involved in a car accident, adding to the emotional and physical toll.

After some time, I found a reliable fertility clinic and started my treatment. However, unexpected findings in my bloodwork required me to consult another specialist, further delaying my plans. Determined to seize my fleeting opportunity, I underwent an egg harvest in July 2023. Thankfully, the procedure was successful, and we were able to retrieve and mature four eggs.

The next step was to proceed with IVF, but yet another hurdle appeared. In August, I suffered a knee injury, necessitating surgery in November, which once again put my dreams on hold.

Now, as I stand ready to resume my journey, I am faced with the stark reality that my financial resources have been depleted. The surgeries, treatments, and life events have drained my savings, and my medical insurance does not cover the costs of IVF or related fertility procedures.

This is where I turn to you, my community, for support. The cost of IVF is substantial, but with your help, my dream of becoming a mother can become a reality. Your contribution, no matter the size, will bring me closer to fulfilling a longing that has been at the heart of my life’s journey.

For my specific needs, I have selected to go with Bundl Fertility, a unique program that aids in reducing the cost of fertility treatments by bundling multiple treatment cycles at a reduced, upfront cost. I am planning to select their “Bundl Bank and Stack” two-cycle package. This package is particularly well-suited to my situation, offering a comprehensive plan that aligns with the complexities posed by PCOS and the considerations of my age. The total cost of this package is $43,900, which includes a critical component of the treatment – the medications, amounting to $10,000. This package not only enhances the chances of a successful pregnancy but also provides a more financially manageable pathway for me to pursue my dream of motherhood.

Every donation, share, and word of encouragement means the world to me. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for any support you can provide.

With Love and Gratitude,
Adrienne
